Dr. Lenora Hogan, Board of Directors
Dr. Lenora Hogan is a native of Starkville, Mississippi. She earned an Associate’s degree from Mary Holmes Junior College in accounting, and furthered her education at Mississippi State University where she completed a double degree with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Marketing (1994), a Bachelor’s (1999) and a Master’s degree (2001) in Elementary Education, an Educational Specialist (2005) and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (2012). Dr. Hogan began her career teaching third grade at West Lowndes Elementary and later taught sixth grade math for 7 years in Starkville. After leaving the classroom, she served in several capacities over a 15-year period, including Curriculum Technology Specialist, Lead Teacher/School Test Coordinator, Assistant Principal and Director of Career & Technical Education. Dr. Hogan was one of 19 public school leaders from across the state of Mississippi to serve on the Lt. Governor’s Administrator Advisory Council. During her career, Dr. Hogan taught undergraduate elementary education students at Mississippi State University. After retiring in Mississippi with 28 years’ experience in July of 2024, Dr. Hogan started E L Hogan Educational Consulting and is currently the Director of College Career and Technical Education for the Memphis Shelby County School District. Dr. Hogan currently serves on the Executive Board of Mississippi State University’s Black Alumni, where she has brought in over $100,000 in the ten years of existence.
Dr. Hogan has received numerous awards both professionally and in the community. Highlights in her career include being named being named 2021 and 2024 Mississippi Association of Secondary Career Technical Administrator of the Year and being named 2022 Mississippi Career & Technical Education Administrator of the Year. Dr. Hogan also received the 2022 Phi Beta Sigma Image Award for Education, the 2023 Dr. James Bear Smith Outstanding Educator Award, the 2025 Citizen of the Year Award for Columbus Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, and the 2026 Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Hall of Fame Award for the State of MS. When she is available, Dr. Hogan enjoys speaking to young people and adults about continuing their education and serving on various community boards. Dr. Hogan is the proud mother of 19-year-old Trace Samuel.
Todd Chinn, Board of Directors
Todd Chinn is a business operations and sales executive with over 25 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence across multi-location organizations. He currently serves as Director of Business Development at Sagent, where he leads strategic initiatives delivering IT infrastructure, asset management, and field service solutions across restaurant, government, education, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
Previously, Todd was Area Vice President at Mobilelink USA, overseeing 277 locations and leading a large regional team while improving profitability and reducing employee turnover.
Earlier, as Military Channel Director at Wireless Advocates, he managed $120 million in annual revenue and drove significant expansion and profitability through strategic partnerships with major telecommunications providers.
Born and raised in Chicago, Todd is now based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Illinois State University and brings expertise in strategy, operational scaling, and performance optimization to board-level discussions.
